📦 Shipping Policy – United Arab Emirates (UAE)

1. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are normally shipped Sunday to Thursday (UAE working days).

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is shipped, including a tracking number when available.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following delivery options within the UAE:

✔️ Standard Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from shipment.

  • Estimated delivery across all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain.

✔️ Express / Same-Day Delivery (optional/where available)

  • Available in selected cities with extra charges (calculated at checkout).

  • Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before a certain cut-off time.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

🚚 Within UAE

  • Free Shipping: For orders over AED 200–500 (depending on promotion).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee (e.g., AED 20–30) is applied to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Express Shipping: Additional fees may apply and are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment online using this number.

  • If you do not receive tracking info within 24–48 hours, please contact our support team.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only within the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise stated.

  • In rare cases, deliveries to very remote or restricted locations may take longer or require additional fees.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

✔️ Orders within UAE:
No customs clearance or import duties apply — all taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

✔️ International Orders (if applicable):
For orders shipped outside UAE (e.g., GCC or global), the recipient may be responsible for custom duties, VAT, or other import charges. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
